Making History in 1925
The Design Build journey began in 1925 when H.H. Rose Construction Company completed its first project, the First Christian Church, located on the corner of 11th and Locust Street in Olathe Kansas. The church burned down on Christmas Eve the year before. Many hours of planning, design, and labor were dedicated to this pioneering project. H.H. Rose was committed to attention to detail and even had stained glass imported from Austria. This initial project reflects a lasting commitment to design, timeless beauty, and the artistry of construction. This beautiful structure still stands to this day.
