Obtain Permits

Whenever you’re starting a new project, it’s important to obtain the right building permits. The permit process is a long one and can take 6-12 months on average. When you work with Rose Design Build, we’ll manage this process for you. We’ll submit the necessary information like site plans, floor plans, and technical drawings to the proper authorities. And if changes are required to meet certain regulations, we can handle that too.
