Challenges
- To design the largest building footprint on an existing master planned business park
- To incorporate multiple loading docks for the largest trucks currently on the road.
- To showcase the owners desire for a corporate facility therefore providing a new prototype for his future locations.
Results
- A new 26,000 sq. ft. facility with multiple docks on a two plus acre lot providing a 29% lot coverage.
- The two colors and shapes of the masonry materials provided the look and feel the owners required for their new corporate identity.
