Peters Clothiers, a Kansas City-based luxury men’s clothing shop, recently reopened in a built-to-suit, stand-alone space at 12319 State Line Road in Kansas City, Mo. Constructed by Rose Design Build, the project consisted of remodeling 9,083 SF of existing retail space, plus adding 1,060 SF of additional retail space. The project also included a large, two-level 28,443-SF warehouse to east side that is utilized for handling their nationwide distribution of clothing apparel. The result is a stylish and functional clothing store that reflects Peters Clothiers’ unique history and upscale approach.
